All applications and application detail are treated in the strictest confidence . Credit card payments are via a secure Paypal facility. No information beyond the applicant's name, address and/or email address and phone number is stored on computer. Address lists are not distributed to other groups or organisations. THIS IS A WHOLLY INDEPENDENT ORDER AND HAS NO OUTER LINKS TO ANY OTHER ORGANISATION. Instruction is on a one to one basis and students and their personal information and details are known only to their supervisor. The injunction of the Western Mystery Tradition "TO KNOW, TO WILL, TO DARE AND TO REMAIN SILENT" is one which we take very seriously, not least in respect of our students and members!
Your attention is drawn to the "Please Note" section at the foot of this page and signing up for the course implies agreement to these terms and conditions listed there

No "contracts" beyond those normally in force for the purchase of goods (in this case each CD for two lessons per time) are implied. We can give no guarantees of enlightenment or initiation , nor can we be responsible for any matters beyond the above which a purchaser may feel to be connected to this course. No party has an obligation beyond the purchase and supply of each two lesson package and, on our part, rendering a fair and professional assessment of the work submitted from each lesson. A student or member may discontinue the course at any time or be asked to do so by his or her supervisor without recourse by either party.

MANY THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME AND TROUBLE TO FILL OUT THE TIRESOME PAPERWORK. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING THE MYSTERIES WITH YOU AND, HOPEFULLY, IN THE FULLNESS OF TIME, MEETING YOU

Orders for our lesson CD's are accepted on the following terms and conditions:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE LESSON CD's ARE DATA CD'S IN PDF FORMAT, WITH A READER. THEY CAN BE RUN ON MOST PC'S and MACS, REGARDLESS OF OPERATING SYSTEM. ALL CD'S ARE TESTED BEFORE THEY LEAVE US.
We regret that once the CD has been dispatched we cannot agree to any refunds. However, if your lessons are not received within 21 days, or are damaged or you are unable to run the CD, email us at harrisavalon@btinternet.com and we shall answer any queries and/or arrange to re-supply the lesson material to you. We reserve the right, without explanation, to refuse (and to refund) and/or terminate instruction to any student or intending student whom we consider to be unsuitable for this course. You must be at least eighteen years old to apply and, as with most lodges in the Western Tradition, we prefer our students be at least twenty five years old and have a measure of "real life experience" to be able to fully benefit from our instruction.
